Sinew
Coaching software for athletes and the people who train them.
Sinew is coaching software built around the connection between coach and athlete — the tissue that holds a training relationship together. A practitioner keeps a roster, writes plans and playbooks, and hands each athlete something readable instead of a spreadsheet with a tab per week.
It's a consumer product, not a team-seats enterprise tool: one practitioner, one roster, no org switcher, no workspace to administer. Monthly pricing when pricing arrives, auto-renew off by default, nothing dark in the cancel flow.
Open at sinew.coach and free for design partners while the shape settles. Plans and playbooks are also readable by an AI agent over MCP, so a coach can ask questions of their own roster in the tool they already have open.
