Fleet
One board showing every app I run — up, deployed, migrated, green.
Running several small products alone means the failure mode isn't a crash, it's a thing quietly not running for a month. Fleet is the board that catches that: every fork of the template on one page — is it up, what commit is live, which migrations production hasn't applied, whether its crons are genuinely registered, whether CI is green, how much traffic it's getting.
It's strictly read-only. A cron polls Cloudflare, GitHub, and each app's own status endpoints, runs pure rules over the snapshot, and opens or resolves findings as the facts change. Every finding deep-links to the one place a human would go to fix it. A missing credential skips that source and says so on the board, rather than reporting a cheerful green nothing.
The status contract it reads ships in the template itself, so a new fork joins the board the day it deploys.
